Our Lenient Guidelines

  • 500 credit score is ok and often even below 500!
  • Merchant just needs to be 3 months in business and have 3 months of bank statements.
  • Merchant only needs a minimum of 10k gross revenue per month for each of the last 3 months.
  • Dismissed Bankruptcies are OKeven 1 day after it was dismissed!
  • IRS liens are ok as long as there is a payment plan already in place that is being paid.
  • We usually need an about 4 deposits per month.
  • We will take 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and even 6th position as long as the revenue numbers work out.
  • No Brick & Mortar proof or rental checks or valid leases needed!
  • We will consider almost all industries. Trucking needs 35k revenue over last 3 months. Currently we aren't doing construction.
  • We can fund in all the 48 continental states in the US.
  • We advance from Unlimited Dreams . We do not fund deals below 5,000.
  • We always offer prepayment discounts to your merchants, starting at 15% down to 10%! Many merchants will love this potential discount!
  • Besides the bank statements, all we need is a voided company check, and photo ID! That’s it!

The following issues will usually cause a file to be declined. If there are:

  • Open Bankruptcies
  • Any month with below 10k revenue
  • Significant amount of money owed on open judgments
  • Any past default on a Merchant Cash Advance company
  • No credit score at all
  • If there are a very large number of NSF’s and/or overdrafts in one month
  • If there are too many negative daily balances in a month (6 days or more) or too many days with a combination of negative balances and/or very low daily balances
  • We do not fund Non-for profit companies.
  • We only fund US companies, we don’t advance to Canada or any other country.

Nevertheless, if you are personally acquainted with a file and could explain why certain things happened, and how things are now better, then please send it in and we can discuss it. When in doubt, send it in!

  • We give double digit commissions on ALL newly funded deals.
  • We will protect your interests. Tell us who works for you and we will not allow them to send us deals directly.
  • Commission is paid the day after funding!
  • On "refi's" you are paid on the full renewal amount!
